What we did
- Worked alongside the client’s Head of Performance and their team to produce a list of requirements for the new application
- Determined the solution evaluation criteria and developed a scorecard based on our proprietary vendor selection framework
- Based on the core requirements, we facilitated the Request-For-Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of the client which included sending out RFPs, shortlisting responses, developing demonstration scripts, producing vendor score sheets, and reference guides, etc.
- After responses were received from leading vendors in response to the RFP, we coordinated vendor demonstrations and workshops
- We performed reference checks, gap analysis, vendor due diligence and risk analysis
- Subsequently, we facilitated the selection of the final vendor based on cost-benefit analysis and the overall assessment outcomes
- Negotiation of the vendor agreement on behalf of the client
